Our three senior
contract managers John Woodward, Neil
Woodcock and
Stephen Knowles have been with the business
since 1978, 1984, and 1988 respectively. All have
completed hands on site work as part of their ongoing management
training.
A senior contract manager takes responsibility
for
each contract in most cases from the Customers
initial enquiry
through to the final account.
We employ skilled
Thermal Insulation Engineers to complete
installation of thermal insulation
and various
finishes
at customer’s project sites and manufacturing
facilities. Our workforce is used to completing
work during plant shutdowns
and outside normal working hours.
The company
have invested in apprentices since the business
was founded and we have as a result
an experienced
skilled
workforce with employees in their teens in
the case of apprentices and qualified thermal
insulation
engineers
and supervisors right through each ten year
age increment to retirement age.
The company
has been long standing members of the Thermal
Insulation Contractors Association and
training division
of TICA Insulation and Environmental
Training Agency our employees are trained following
the
industry
recognized City & Guilds National
Vocational Qualification Mechanical Engineering
Services
Thermal Insulation
Standard.
